The richest seeds in carbohydrates include: dari, red sorghum, wheat, paddy rice, buckwheat – these seeds provide a good cleansing (dietary) material, stimulate the digestive system thanks to fibres and facilitate secretion of gastric juices. The group of dietary seeds includes milk thistle seed, a natural antioxidant. Seeds responsible for providing energy include among others: linseed, hempseed which contain the most fat (unsaturated acids) and add strength during flying.
The mixture can be served as two last meals before the flight or on the return day of flying.
